Real Modeling Tools for Second Life
Saturday, September 29th, 2007Instead of the collaboratively-cool, but hobbled, in-world modeling tools, you can now build Second Life models in a pro application. It’s Maya for now, with a 3ds Max exporter in the works.
But… can you build a scene using your normal modeling process and with the click of a button pull it into Second Life? Unfortunately, no. The exporter supports just a fraction of the full Maya/Max capabilities.
